A pressure switch 195 bar, pressure controller 195 bar, or overpressure alarm switch 195 bar is a device used to monitor and control pressure in pneumatic, hydraulic, or liquid systems. When the pressure reaches the threshold of 195 bar, the switch activates or disconnects an electrical circuit to control other devices such as pumps, solenoid valves, or alarms. It is suitable for domestic water systems like pumps, tanks, irrigation, and also for industrial applications.

boiler pressure switch is a vital device for monitoring and controlling pressure inside a steam boiler. It activates or disconnects electrical equipment (such as pumps, valves, or burners) based on preset pressure levels to ensure safety and maintain stable working pressure.

Pressure switches can be mechanical (diaphragm spring) or electronic. Mechanical types typically have an accuracy of ±5–15% and do not require an external power supply. Electronic types offer higher accuracy and feature a display screen.

Operating Principle:

When the system pressure increases and reaches the setpoint (195 bar), the switch will open or close the electrical contacts. When the pressure drops below the set threshold (or a differential known as hysteresis), the contacts return to their original state.
